How to optimize the G+ local listing to main city when you have address in sub city

If the company address city is Chula Vista, but their region is San Diego, how can we optimize the G+ Local business listing for San Diego instead of Chula Vista.

There is no way to optimize a G+ Local page for a city other than the city that it's in. Your best bet would be to focus on website optimization to get some organic rankings in San Diego for the website.

Thanks for the response, Anyways we optimized the website with San Diego keywords for the organic rankings. But looking for map ranks possibilities in San Diego.

Yeah, I second what Colan said. You need to go down the organic ranking route for cities that you are not based. Ad-words is also a possibility as well.
