How to really remove these Spammy local pages

I really like to know how to get rid of this, these people are just spamming around, even the website is spammy.

When I try to view that page, it loads and then some sort of dialog overlay begins to render on top of it but it hangs before anything else renders in the dialog. At that point, all I can do is close the tab. All the other tabs continue to work, though.

Same thing for me. Not sure exactly what is happening but I am fairly certain Google would take care of it.

The &review=1 tagged onto the URL causes a review box to open. Doesn't work on phones though and doesn't always work on the desktop.
