I added an additional category and wait more than five days, according to information it will take up to three days ... Is the extended time associated with COVID-19 (as I understand it)? Will you have to report it and call?

Yes, things are in review a little longer due to COVID-19. I would just check it daily.

Google needs to manually review all edits and this process is taking longer to complete. They are working on the backlog currently.

The new category does not want to accept, after deleting and returning to the previous one is acceptance. Strange.
