The original profile has been marked as a duplicate. I was given access to a copy of the profile that was created and made public after I requested access. However, this profile doesn't have much of the previous information. It has the reviews, but not the replies to the reviews. It's also missing the photos, posts, products, services... I've already exchanged many emails with support, but nothing has worked. This has happened to me with a couple of companies. What can I do to recover them? And what can I do to prevent it from happening again?
