I miss the Twitter Team!

When I bought Joy's The Experts Guide, I was overly excited that I could speak to the Twitter team about issues.
Now that they are no longer, I am just feeling lost.
I rarely bothered them but, I knew at least I could talk to someone.
I have this spammer that I just can not get rid of and as a result of what he is doing, his listing is starting to creep into other Geo's. It is really unfair to those listings that are following the rules.
I have been reporting this location for months to no avail.
Does anyone have any advice, aside from the redressal?
I am attaching their business license. I made sure that their business name was not
