Apologies if this is a stupid question - I've looked around for an answer, but haven't found anything clearly one way or the other.

On the one hand, it seems that the point of the redressal form was so that spammers can't threaten spam fighters with retribution.

On the other hand, I've heard advice to put N/A in the "Name of the entity or organization that is getting impacted" field, in order to avoid reprisals.

Anyone care to enlighten me? Thanks!
