Impending Google Helpful Content Update Panic Thread

Just kidding, we're pretty confident our content will hold up. Though I do wonder about a few of our people who are outsourcing their content for cheap.
What are our thoughts? Panic? Mayhem? Apathy? Optimism? Will the sky fall? Will white hat SEO's rejoice the world over? Does anyone have any unique insights or insider info?

This will be interesting to watch. Especially how it might effect Local Search. I am hopeful they get it right and it works. What I don't want to see are first page results dominated by one point of view or one type of content.
