It's an Australian startup. The founder, a chap named Adam Miller, described it to me today as like "Quora for problem solving using one-on-one video and screen sharing to deliver the content."
I've got a bit much on my plate, but if I was looking for mini-consulting gigs with people who want quick help with local SEO/SEM, I'd probably give it a whirl. It looks promising.
