Is anyone else getting an internal error when they try to post an event or post today?

I have noticed it over the last couple of weeks. Some clients post right away and others say "pending review". But more than 3 days later, post still does not show. I assume it's a bug?
 
I asked my team, and all of our manual postings have not had any issues today or this week over 100's of profiles, so I would assume this is a bug.

Is it happening on one listing or multiple?
If multiple are they in the same account?
 
For me, it only happens for a few listings out of over 100, but not all. Yep, all in the same account. Been seeing one client in "pending review" mode for over a week.
 
Feel free to PM me a screenshot of the post, happy to take a look. Nannybot may be having issues.

Also, have you deleted the post and tried again?
 
Will do @BenFisher, either later today or tomorrow. Yes, I did delete and try to add it again. Have 2 posts in the dash that never went live and account still says "pending review". Posted one on 11/6 and another on 11/12, but live KP shows last one on 10/25.
 
ok, send me the listing too, may need to escalate to Google.
 
Just checked again and all good now. Not sure what was going on, but appears okay now.
