Is it still possible to report Google reviews as "conflict of interest" ?

I just realized that the "appeal" step won't work, when these are employee reviews posted on a Google Business Profile that belongs to a client's competitor. The appeal process is only available for reviews on your own Google Business Profiles, not someone else's. Right?

The point of this exercise was to report and hopefully remove favorable reviews on competitors' websites from their employees, on behalf of some of our clients.

@Tim Colling - Ah ha! I didn't realize that you were flagging as a Maps user! As a test, I went to flag a review 1.) as a Maps user, and 2.) as a GBP manager using the review management tool.

As a Maps user, I had the "Not helpful" option.

The review management tool doesn't give me the "Not helpful" option.

But in both cases, I have the "Conflict of interest" option! So, why don't you see it? Thoughts:

• Delayed rollout of a change
• GBP category
• GBP country / my location
