Is Penguin Update here ? My Penguin hit site moved from page 6 to 3

I think penguin might be near my page moved overnight 3 pages from page 6 to page 3. Its been penalized by penguin and haven't seen it move up this high for a long time.

Not sure if its going to stick but the site moved several spots on a few search terms it was punished under penguin.

All the tools I've checked are showing major fluctuations around March 11-13, then again on the 18th. It's possible, but unlikely that a public confirmation will happen from Google.
