Is there a way to change the order of "Services" listed?

The client wants their custom services to show BEFORE those services that automatically populate in their chosen category. In other words, they want their custom services at the top of the list. Is there a way to change the order in which the services show?

I think the only way to do that would be to delete the services that automatically populate. I don't think there is a way to manually move them around.

@bfrazier, as Colan said, there's no way to reorder those services while leaving in the auto-populated services. Two sidebar comments: (1) those services don't add anything other than awkward wording, so I tend to eschew them in favor of my or my clients' wording, and (2) you could just reorder the categories, if the auto-populated services are in a secondary category and not the primary one.
