I Googled "Ford Dealership" then clicked Enter (on a desktop). Once the results page loaded, I clicked back in the search box (as if I was going to refine the search) and these suggestions popped up on the right-hand side of the query bar.

I notice this just a bit ago too, but not sure if it's intentional or a bug. Not sure I like it if it's intentional.

Searching from Knoxville, TN. Some of the recommendations clearly make sense. Others, like Ford Dealers in Ohio and Ford Dealerships Dayton Ohio, seem a bit wonky. Double checked my IP isn't being routed through Ohio or anything obvious like that.

It was a bug, Google should have fixed it last night.
