we have an opening for an entry-level Digital Marketing Assistant position at Bin There Dump That. This will be a position working for the franchisor (home office). Our home office is located in Oakville, ON at 165 Cross Ave but remote employees (Canada or US) will be considered.

Join the marketing department of our Super Support Team and work in an exciting, fast-growing, franchise company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with knowledge of digital, social and local search marketing combined with a dynamic skill-set.
You should be motivated and grow a passion for contributing to the success and growth of our Bin There Dump That Franchise Operators. Your contributions in their success will stem from your assistance in the implementation of their local search, social and digital marketing strategies. You'll need to be a self-starter willing to work as a team.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing
Ability to pick up and understand new technologies quickly
Digital marketing education preferred
Attention to details
Comfortable using content management systems and social media dashboards
Understanding of basic SEO tactics for improving organic rankings in search engines (metadata, etc)
Basic knowledge of content marketing
Keyword research
Content implementation
Content promotion
A team player willing to help out with multiple areas of the franchise support model
Creative thinking skills
Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot is recommended, but not required
Problem solver
Significant knowledge of HTML
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good writing skills, grammar and ability to proofread your own work
Ability to multitask and be punctual
Highly organized
Basic knowledge of uploading and optimizing videos in YouTube
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Responsibilities
Help to increase the visibility, credibility and authority of all Bin There Dump That digital marketing properties (websites, social channels, etc.)
Contribute to the Bin There Dump That content calendar
Managing corporate and local social media content calendar; planning and execution
Create and optimize Google My Business listings
Discover link opportunities and execute link-building practices like guest blogging and link reclamation to increase the authority of Bin There Dump That digital marketing properties.
Help Franchise Operators implement and monitor their Bin There Dump That Local Search Strategy
Create citation campaigns for franchise locations to acquire local directory listing profiles
Monitor local Google rankings
Help monitor franchise operators’ local pay-per-click advertising campaigns
Help write, create and publish content on all Bin There Dump That websites
Help Franchise Operators find local link opportunities
Help Franchise Operators acquire and manage online reviews
Create Bin There Dump That corporate and local email campaigns
Work in Word/Excel and do some data entry
