Keep getting unwanted links from BlogSpot domains

One of my clients website keeps getting unsolicited links from BlogSpot domains which are clearly toxic. I keep disavowing them in google search console but I am not sure if it's the best thing to do.
The question is, is it likely to affect rankings?
Is there anything else I should be doing?
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I wouldn't worry about them at all. I follow Marie Haynes' advice and the only time I do a disavow is when the business says they were buying links.
