Large Number of Reviews Suddenly Missing Across Multi-Location Business GBPs – Anyone Else Seeing This?

Over the last two days, I’ve noticed a significant spike in missing reviews across several of my Google Business Profiles. I manage a business with three different locations, and together we’ve lost more than 90 reviews. These were legitimate reviews, and many had been live for months.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue with a sudden drop or removal of reviews on multi-location GBPs?

Also, what tools or methods do you recommend to track review losses? I’m looking for something that can alert me immediately if reviews disappear so I can take action quickly. Any suggestions or insights would be really helpful.

Google is aware of the missing reviews issue and working on a fix to restore eligible reviews. Despite that, your best bet is to contact support here and ask them to restore all missing reviews. Try to give them the exact number of missing reviews and if you have it, any screenshots, user names or review text you may have.
