Local 3-Pack Replaced by Single Listing, Bug?

Local Maps Pack is gone — now it just shows one listing, and it changes depending on where you are. Maybe it’s a bug?

I still see the map pack and no featured GBP at the top right like you have.

I changed my IP to match the first two areas, and I am getting the expected results. What tool are you using to spoof your IP?

I tried to replicate it today, but it seems it's back to the normal appearance (Local Pack).
