Now I have seen a new search Platform (My First Time) Local Services - Pro List: https://www.google.com/localservices/prolist?src=1

New for desktop but has been like this on mobile for about a year: New Local Finder and Business Profile Test for Services Businesses

Back then the Local Services Ads were not yet present but it was clear Google was setting the stage for it with that URL structure.

I was able to trigger a similar result on desktop after seeing the screenshots you posted on Twitter. Nice find!
