Location Issue

My client was reinstated yesterday, but when she comes up, she is entirely in another area. She is in Jacksonville, Florida but is coming up to Montana. What can I do? She also changed to a service business with a physical home office address, but if I want her to get suspended again. She also has docs that verify her location.
Any suggestions?
