I have identified a network of over 90 distinct GBP listings belonging to a single entity, which I will refer to here as "[Spam Company Name]". This network systematically targets dozens of cities and arrondissements across France (Paris, Lille, Nantes, Bordeaux, etc.).

I have already reported this network to the official Google Business Profile support team via the email address googlebusinessprofile-support@google.com, including a comprehensive spreadsheet detailing all 60+ names and their corresponding Maps links.

2. Nature of the Violations​

The violations are clear, numerous, and aimed at dominating the local Map Pack:

1. Keyword Stuffing in Business Name: The name of each listing is artificially inflated with keywords, services, and targeted geographical areas, which is strictly against GBP guidelines.

2. Creation of Ineligible Multiple Listings: It is impossible for this single company to have legitimate, staffed physical offices at all these locations (90+ listings). These profiles are created solely for search ranking manipulation.

Where did you get that email address from? I’ve never heard of being able to email Google about map spam.

I did use the googlebusinessprofile-support@google.com email address 3 days ago and I have not received any reply so far.

My primary objective is to find the most effective method to get this massive list of spam listings addressed.

My core problem remains: How can I efficiently submit a list of over 60 GBP guideline-violating listings to Google so that they are handled as a single, coordinated fraud case, and not as 60 individual reports?

Since the official support channel has not responded, I am now looking for an escalation path.

If you are a Google Product Expert or know of a reliable escalation channel for mass spam cases, could you please assist me in escalating this file? I have the complete and documented spreadsheet ready to be shared with the relevant team.
