Messaging Via GBP Turned "off" but Mssgs still forthcoming?

Hello,

I have turned "OFF" messaging via GBP and yet they still are coming through......Any ideas????

This is something you'd need to reach out to GBP support about. If there is a technical issue they would be the only one who could fix it.
