Anyone experiencing this kind of issue?
Some of my clients GBP are currently like this.

The images show that they are logged in, and since the OP didn't hide the search term, I was able to find the KP.

Correct - this issue is when you are logged into the agency dashboard and access a listing from there. Publicly the GBP is visible in search results but the NMX dashboard seems to be glitchy and not always display the KP on the back end.

that is exactly what we were seeing. It's only a problem if you need to go and edit or delete a previous GBP post, as that is only possible in the KP section of the NMX! A truly wretched bit of interface design IMO.

We had found that usually this problem only occurs for THAT account, though, and other users will see the KP normally when logging in to manage the profile.

I haven't been able to check in this iteration of the bug because both cases I ran into we were not owners and I couldn't invite one of out alt accounts to check (no I can't ask the client for reasons I won't get into here.)

Is everyone still having this issue? I still have the issue with a couple of my accounts but not all.

@JoyHawkins do you if google has been alerted about this issue and if so any feedback from them? The listing side panel has disappeared since early May.

It's driving me crazy, apparently I used that a lot more than I thought I did.
