Missing Google Guaranteed Badge on Mobile only for one Category

Just curious if anyone else has noticed a missing Google Guaranteed badge just on mobile for specific categories. According to the person I spoke to at Local Services Ads, I am the first to report it and currently they are not sure of the fix. And because so far I'm the only one to report it, I'm probably going to wait a while for a fix. I have Google Guaranteed for several categories. and this particular category is Carpet Cleaning. We show great for that category on the desktop but we are missing the badge and the slot on mobile whilst other companies are there. I emailed screenshots as proof to Google. This has been happening for about 2 weeks so far. We are getting carpet cleaning leads but we cannot be sure whether those leads are coming from Mobile or not. The platform does not seem to indicate that. Anyhow you might want to check your categories for the badge on both desktop and mobile in case you have a discrepancy too.

Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Is it just that your business isn't in the top 2 on mobile? If that's the case, it should show up when you click the little blue arrow for "more".

Sure I’m showing both desktop and mobile. You see that on desktop we are in pole position (Dang Good.....) with the google guaranteed badge. On mobile we are in third position with no badge and when you expand there are just two with badges but we are not. And when you click on us, no where does it indicate we are google guaranteed. So yes we may get some clicks for showing up but not as many as if we showed as google guaranteed.

I am able to replicate what you're showing (I'm seeing it missing on mobile) but I can't replicate this for anyone else. Hopefully, Google is able to implement a fix sooner rather than later. I'll let you know if I hear of this from anyone else.

Thank you Joy Google did say they would escalate but apparently so far this is unique to us.
