Missing Website and Directions text/icons in Map Pack and Local Finder

HI everyone! We just noticed something today when doing a Google search for "self storage senoia ga": both the Map Pack and the Local Finder are not showing the Website and Directions text/icons. Please see the first two included screen snips. We're specifically looking at Brickhouse Self Storage in these examples.

But when we do a search for "self storage westlake oh" (third screen snip) we see the expected Website and Directions text/icons in the Map Pack and Local Finder. But when we click on a listing, these "disappear" (fourth screen snip).

Are the missing text/icons a bug? A test? Something related to the geo or search term? Our client really wants an answer on this ASAP. Thank you for any insight!

Google is constantly running tests and they have been replacing the website and directions with a photo instead. There is nothing you can to change it.
