Multiple marketing companies accessing a GBP- thoughts?

Curious if anyone has been in a situation where a client allows another marketing company to manage their GBP listing. It doesn't happen often but when it does it makes me uncomfortable with fears of them doing something to get the listing suspended.

Am I being overly protective or does anyone move these listings out of their main dashboard in these situations?

It happens a lot in the franchise space. I enjoyed booting them out.
