My customer isn't showing up at all on GBP list

I have helped my client setup a GBP and selected the service area as Calgary, however when I search for "Videographers Calgary", he does not show up on the 9 pages of Google Business Profiles. He is set up as an SAB as he doesn't do shoots at his location. Any insight would be appreciated.

Recent profiles with less than 10 reviews, especially for SABs, might take a while to show in results. To be honest, if the vast majority of people in the vertical show an address, it might be impossible to rank your client.
