My Favicon is no longer being displayed in Google Search (?)

Hi guys - One of my clients' websites (A medical practice) is no longer displaying the favicon in Google search results. Nothing has changed, no Image URL changes or anything else, and the favicon is within Google's guidelines. It has been untouched for a long while. It just stopped showing up next to our website in search.

Has anyone else had this happen before and figured out why?

what's the url for the favicon showing when you inspect the site? Is the format example.com/image.png?
