My GMB is not in the first page another company is alone in the right page of search

i have same title as my concurrence in GMB but he is ranking alone in the first page of google right as there is only his company in the GMB and my GMB is founding only if i click in Map !!!what is
the problem ?

What is the search query that is triggering the result that you referring to?

And can you share a link to your listing on Google Maps?

Can you send us a screenshot? if you are searching for something that Google determines is another business name then it might very well just show that type of result.
