Hello everyone,

I’ve encountered a major issue where 20+ Google Business Profiles were suspended on the same day, and I’m unsure of what could have triggered this. The profiles cover various businesses across different industries, but they all seem to have been suspended without any prior warning or clear explanation.


Has anyone experienced something similar? What could be the possible reasons for such a large-scale suspension happening at once?

Last time I saw an account suspension, going into the NMX user access list was showing a barred icon for the suspended account. Assuming they still do that for suspended user accounts, that's an easy way to check.
 
This looks like an account-level suspension. Your email address for flagged for violating the TOS. You need to create new email address and get add to the GBPs and apply for reinstatement one by one.
Nearly 98% of the profiles associated with my email address have been unsuspended. Could you please confirm if I am now able to resume posting and other activities without any restrictions?

Did you look at the timestamps on the emails? All of the suspensions occurred around the same time, which is typical of an account-level suspension.

I have reviewed the timestamps, and I see that all suspensions occurred simultaneously, which indeed points toward an account-level suspension. Given this, I understand that there might be an issue affecting multiple profiles under my account.


Could you please provide further guidance on how to proceed with resolving this? I would appreciate any assistance in understanding the specific cause and steps to lift the suspension.

Is there an email address associated with these GBPs not associated with the others?
