NAP Syndication Services

Are there currently any known NAP syndication services besides Acxiom, Localeze, and Infogroup? All 3 charge per listing and I'm trying to find either an open source or another way around using these 3 for NAP consistency/syndication for clients. Any thoughts or opinions on any other services?

Syndication is good for NAP but not so good for the other information on listings and you can do much better. With the help of others I've created an online business listing service for just for that reason that has already helped hundreds of businesses with rankings. I won't drop a shameless link but I'm sure you can find it from looking in my signature.
