Need Help with Verifying - Google Support 404 Error

Hi Everyone,

I need help verifying my client's GBP. Usually I'm able to contact support and submit pictures/copy of lease etc. The issue is - I can't reach Google support.

I go through all the Google support steps to the button where I can press "Get help with verification" and then it takes me to a 404 URL error page.

I had my client try on his computer and he reached the same error. I saw something on Google that said they're experiencing an outage but it's been like this for a week now and I can't figure out another way to contact support since their profile isn't verified yet.

Does anyone know how I can contact support another way? Or any other fix for this?

Yes there are a bunch of known issues with some of the tools right now.
