We have a couple roofing clients (KY and TX) - and also HVAC in a rural area of IN - who have just started LSA (each have been running for a few weeks) but despite raising budgets several times (to $3-10k/wk in some cases) - still getting very few impressions.

Recently have tried scaling back their service area and numbers of services assuming that was spreading them too thin.

Haven’t had this issue in the past in other industries/areas.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get the ball rolling (more impressions) - or just keep raising the budgets? Any insights are greatly appreciated.

What is the quality score on the adverts?

How many keywords are you targeting?

Are you targeting long-tail or more generic keywords?

Do you have dedicated landing pages for each ad group?

Also we've had couple LSA reps say issue could be with advertiser verification not being done (I'm talking about the one inside Google Ads (asks about political campaigns, who is managing the acct, etc.) - not the normal LSA verification (like biz license, background check, etc.).

We're going to do it (to cover all the bases) - but just curious if anyone else has had this be an issue before (we've never had to do it for any other clients) - so any insights on this being needed? Thanks!

Just to clarify - all LSA accounts are fully verified as far as LSA verification goes (insurance, licenses, background check, etc.) - so the ads are "on".

Yes on the Advertiser verification deal, it should be completed if it's outstanding. Since we don't have many buttons or levers to push with LSAs, it's one thing we can complete. I've heard that is recommended as a best practice.
