NEW Bing Places Dashboard! Check your Latest Listings!

About an hour ago the Bing Places dashboard updated right before my eyes, lol

But I noticed I lost about 20 listings!! The most recent ones just disappeared

They also removed some important info, like address, category, bios, and hours. I suggest checking it out!

Hi, are you an API user? Based on Leona's post above it seems like non-API users should be okay to continue using Bing Places as normal. Just curious!

We are not. We used our login for GBP that we use for client. THey synched their listings to Bing Places on their account then gave us access to their listings

Well I spoke too soon. Now almost all of the listings say "publishing failed" I dont know what the hell Bing is doing but its a mess.

When I checked my BPFB dashboard there was just an old, long gone and incorrect listing location and my current listing location was gone. I have corresponded with MS and they said...

"I am now working with our back-end team regarding your listing that was recently managed in your dashboard but went missing after the migration for the new user interface. Please refrain from modifying the listing while being reviewed to avoid adjustment or delays on its publishing date."

Then they changed their tune. "Our back-end team is still investigating in regards with your listing that was recently managed in your dashboard but went missing after the migration for the new user interface. May I ask if you may want to proceed in claiming the listing to your dashboard and I can assist you in manually verifying the listing?"

I tried claiming the listing again and everything just hangs up on the second part of the claiming process saying "We already have you listed, so you just have to claim the listing." but the "Claim listing" button is grayed out and un-clickable. Super frustrating and now this is the current situation...

Finally got some help. Had to recreate the listing from scratch. They verified it on the spot but now I have to wait a week to make changes to the listing.
