About an hour ago the Bing Places dashboard updated right before my eyes, lol

But I noticed I lost about 20 listings!! The most recent ones just disappeared

They also removed some important info, like address, category, bios, and hours. I suggest checking it out!

At this point I can confidently say that Bing just pulled listings straight from whatever was in your Google Business Profile account, whether you asked for it or not. Also, whatever you had in your account before the new update came along may as well have never existed.

Even listings that weren't synced with Google seem to have been ripped straight from Google Search. I have a large group of businesses that aren't managed directly on Bing, and many of their accompanying Bing listings are now showing broken GBP UTMs, which ends up as a broken link. Before the update they had no UTMs at all.

Perhaps worst of all, we can no longer make suggested edits, which usually worked to help fix little issues.

My client’s Bing listings were synced with their GBPs, but none of the locations carried over and we lost access to all five. When I looked them up, each one had a blue checkmark so I clicked 'Manage business' to try to get access back, but it just asked me to reverify.

Has anyone managing the API managed to access profiles in the panel?

Not us. We are an agency who use the Bing API and so far, nothing. Since there was no ETA given from Bing Support on when the API user portal would be open we have begun work on an internal dashboard instead. Otherwise we will be flying blind for who knows how long.

So far the only "success" I've been having is with the Google profile sync. When the changeover first happened it was extremely broken, but now I have one client's listing all nested into one account (450 or so). The only changes I can make are to the UTMs, but all other info is correct on the backend and the syncs have successfully made a couple of address updates, too.

All that aside, the live listings don't yet seem to represent what we're doing on the backend, which is very frustrating. I have a few dozen listings across multiple clients that are showing altered Google UTMs, which end up breaking the landing page.

I have the exact same problem. Profile updates, even when successful (either through syncing with a Google profile or manually), aren't reflected on public Bing profiles? Some have been there for three weeks now, and there's still no change.

Has anyone else noticed this problem and perhaps has a solution? Bing Support hasn't responded yet.

Circling back on this topic to see if anyone has had any luck. I show listings that are active in our dashboard with no visibility for 3+ months. I have seen listings getting merged into other companies with different business names, and recently Bing has sent emails about listings being live, but again not visible anywhere in the maps sections. I am curious if others are struggling with the same issue.

I have not had many issues. It's super slow though to create new ones. Are you synching with gbp dashboard?

No - we have a lot of legacy listings created many years ago, and this is what has been impacted. I am hesitant to try to sync listings as lots of things seem to break when trying to connect Google properties into Bing in my experience.
