New Google Serp line: "Page Includes"

Hello all,
Trying to get some work done today and just saw a new line in Google under the description. It says Page Includes. In my client's case it says: "Page Includes: Services, Parent Company". It got the Services right, but we are not mentioning the parent company per se (It's a franchisee, and there are links to the franchise; I guess that's why the AI included that).

I'm not seeing it in all searches yet, and not even on a different browser with the same keyword.
I saw the inaccuracies the first time I noticed the feature... for example, check out this yelp listing, a bit below that of my client's:
There are no installation instructions in that URL, just links to local companies.

Google must be doing some fine-tuning or testing.

Have any of you noticed this?

I haven't seen this in the wild myself, but Barry reported it this week so must be very new! Google Search Results Snippets Testing Page Includes In Snippets
