Hey everyone,

I spent the last few days combing the internet for a solution here but can't find anything that caters to my specific situation.

I verified my LSA 1 week ago on a new LSA account that has a verified GMB account with 10+ reviews - 0 impressions in 7 days. (Not a new business, but one I'm "reviving" that I made back in 2017)

- Fully verified LSA with insurance approvals
- 10+ review and verified GMB
- Photos and a fully fleshed out LSA listing
- Google Ads account is funded and fully active (that's connected to LSA and also advertiser verified)
- I'm running 11 job types (normal for the business) and running a budget of $1,000 a week and even tried setting the lead cost to $200 manually.
- I'm running a very large area of 20 miles with 300,000+ people in the area
- LSA Support verified that I'm not showing on a search terms, but say my accounts are all in good standing.

What I've tried:
- Calling LSA support a million times
1st time; advertiser verification needed on Google Ads for some reason, sure I do it.
2nd time; Just wait 48 hours for it to verify
3rd time; Something about Google Ads budget (What is it with the Google ads over and over again)

They keep mentioning Google Ads over and over again for some reason, but the Google Ads account is good to go and fully verified with a small test campaign running for $5 a day just so they see it's active.

My LSA is from 2025, my business page is a few years old (2017 or so).

What is going on here?

Hi,

The first thing that jumps out is the 10 reviews, how many on average do your competitors have? That's a really low amount, so my first suggestion would be to start getting a consistent amount of reviews - and don't stop.

So when you mention a Google Ads account, is it the same CID as your LSA account or different? And if it's the same CID, that account is in good standing, verified, with no billing or policy issues? Is there a payment or billing threshold present?

You shouldn't have to run any PPC campaign for the sole purpose of Google seeing it's active.

Assuming your business is in the US, are you targeting at the county, city, or zip code level?
Are messages/text enabled?

Is it a highly competitive industry, in a highly competitive location that might demand a higher budget?
