New Manager Added but can't see Listings

Added a new mgr but they can't see the listings. What am I possibly missing? I advised that they'd merely have to do the drop down from "ungrouped locations" to the client name. But that drop down does not appear.

Did they get the invitation and accept it? If not, have them look here: Account settings: Your browser is not supported.

Thanx Joy. Turns out it was a glitch in GMB. The new Mgr merely had to log out then back in and all was good. Thank you as always!
