Not showing full listing

How come when you type in a company name, in the right side google shows different information?

For one dentist it showed reviews, write a review, everything.

For another one it did not show that, it was a smaller listing. The one with a smaller listing in the right side had 14 reviews,etc...

Google has various levels of knowledge graph (KG) information for those businesses. More complete KG information will be displayed accordingly.
