Noticed something interesting in maps. Without revealing their name, for example, "Johns Auto Service" ranked well in maps for a 5-10 mile radius. Their main ranking services on maps was auto repair, car detailing, oil changes. However, once they swapped out the word "Service" with the word "Repair". Within 3-5 days, they lost 50% of their visibility for car detailing so far. Appears that if you give the business a name/word that means something very specific then Google will immediately associate that the business only does that one thing. I even checked LocalFalcon maps reports to compare and its obvious the difference in visibility.
 
I can see how that would impact something like car detailing specifically because that is a service and has nothing to do with repairs.
