Old GBP was suspended due to policy violation

My client has an old GBP (3-4 years approx) and it was suspended suddenly. There were 20+ reviews. Before suspension we posted updated 1/week and photo 1/week. Yesterday we got 2 new reviews (and we replied for sure) and I added missing Services+Descriptions in the Primary Business Category. In the end of the day GBP was suspended.
Please note: in the January 2026 we restored access to our GBP with phone confirmation and everything was OK till August 2026. For these period we received reviews, made answered on them, posted posts/updates, uploaded photos - and did it one time per week. We did not change NAP at all.
Please advise the reason of suspension.

Google gave you the reason, policy violation. You'll need to ensure the profile is in FULL compliance. Yes, that covers a lot, but if you provide more details we might be able to give more specific advice.

What type of business is it (category)? Is it a service area business or brick and mortar? Is the address hidden?

btw, the age of the profile doesn't mean much for this. Google has gotten more strict, so it may have been in violation in the past.
