I have 2 restaurants, and when one of them goes to appear on the mobile a google popups to rate the site, while in the other restaurant never appears to any customer that popups to rate and put a review. Do you know that I have to touch on the card of my business or what to do to make google jump popups for people to put ratings?
 
Are you able to add a screenshot that shows what popup you're referring to?
 
Are you a Google local guide, and happened to be signed in while making these searches?
