Primary Category Changed?

Can Google change your primary GMB category without your knowledge? My primary category was changed yesterday without my knowledge.

@Charles Jenkins, yes. Google can also add or remove categories. Google considers all of them fair game. The good news is you can probably get your preferred category to stick after one round of rejecting Google's suggestion and re-submitting your preferred one. (Especially if the content of your landing page squares up.)
