Problems with Local Falcon detecting rankings

Hi all, has anyone experienced issues with Local Falcon being unable to pick up local rankings recently?

I've had several scans record no result (20+) at the centre pin, yet when I run a manual check in incognito mode, setting my browser location to the same latitude and longitude, I find my client in 1st position. I would expect some variation as results can never be absolutely identical, and longtail keywords might not work if Google struggles to return any maps results, but it's happened multiple times with shorttail terms that return plenty of listings.

I've reached out and their devs are looking into it, but has anyone had a similar experience?

I did last time I used it. Kinda freaks you out when your ranking tool says your 20+ at my own address. I haven't used it since, happened last week.
