Hey everyone! I work with a psychotherapist in Brooklyn that has a suite in a big office complex. They've been trying to get verified for awhile via video and the main thing holding them back is that they use a keycard to get into their suite. They do not have a key to get in.

When they take a video they pass all the other requirements Google is looking for except showing proof of ownership. Google essentially says "You didn't show that you're authorized to represent this business".

Anyone have any ideas on how to get around this? They've spent a lot of money on this space over the years and would love to get their profile verified if possible! Thanks for any help in advance!
 
Is there signage outside the door? Do they have any documents or certificates on the wall with their name they can compare to an identification document. Maybe google is suggesting having access to a random office in a building doesn't prove the business actually exists and is at that location.
