Redressal Form Changes?

Hi all,

When trying to submit spam using the redressal form via the following link
Sign in - Google Accounts

I get redirected to this link

Sign in - Google Accounts

Is this new? I have been able to use the first link without issue in the past. Am I just missing something here?

This is odd. I am asking Google for a status on this. It was working earlier today.

It's working now. I still have not heard anything back yet. Google doesn't usually implement 301 redirects, so I am lost as to what happened here.
