Hi,
a brief story of the problem. A Business had 2 verified listings. One, with current accurate info and address was assigned to the Clients G. account - https://plus.google.com/u/0/100982820186718607769/about.

The second one, with outdated address and name, was under someone else's Google account - https://plus.google.com/116513569935404771215/about

The G. phone support helped to merge the two. However, the old listing https://plus.google.com/116513569935404771215/about has been converted into some strange G+ page, disconnected from, which I cannot remove. The Phone support says I should report this as impersonating. I have tried a few times. To no avail. Also sent the registration papers confirming the legal ownership of the company.

Is there any other way to delete that page?

I would be tempted just to leave it as is. I am not sure what harm it could do in its current form. Otherwise, I would get a whole whack of people you know to report it over a couple weeks. If you don't know many people, outsource to microworkers, and have 50 people report it. I've done this in the past with success.
