Remove Review After Appeal Failed

Hi, an upset former employee created a fake profile to leave a 1 star review. The profile even has the owners face as the account profile picture. I tried reporting the review as spam and the request did not go through. I later tried to appeal the review and got denied. Are there any further steps I can take?
