TLDR: My small business has a review that we reported almost two months ago for being a conflict of interest, and is still in "decision pending" status.
The review was posted by a former disgruntled employee. She had previously posted it, we reported it to Google, and they took it down with a few days. She then reposted it, and that was almost two months ago and Google still has not removed it. The status shows "decision pending". I've done the "appeal decision" route where I was able to "contact support" for more info, but still waiting (that was just today). Does anyone have any advice for how to move this through the pipeline faster? TIA!
