I've got a client with an SAB that is still stuck in Pending after we successfully verified via Post Card over 2 months ago. The address used was a residential one (Client's house) and the address has always been hidden since we created it. I spoke with support and they got back to me saying:
I am glad to inform you that your business listing has been verified and there is no further action required from you. The next course of action would be taken care of by our specialist team.

We found that your Google My Business concern is the result of a technical issue. Our engineers are working on the issue but they don’t have an estimate for when they'll resolve it. However, it may take some time for the team to resolve the issue, as soon as we have a response from them, we will get back to you on priority.
Of course that was about a month ago. I have followed up since and have gotten canned "We'll look into it! Top priority!" style responses, but so far no movement.

Is there a way to move the needle on this? Changes I can make on my end? Or the right tree to try barking up?
