Removing a "Closed" business from the SERPs?

Is there a way to actually remove a closed business from showing up in the SERPs? Our dilemma is for a hotel chain in new orleans, they have a permanently closed location for showing, but the other location in new orleans is no where to be found, so it appears that the hotel chain is closed, when in fact there is another location open in the same city. I hope that makes sense. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Hey Susan,

Is there any relation between the 2 locations? Do they share a phone number? Or are they just 2 separate locations that both existed together at some point and one of them closed down.
